▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - One-step pyrolysis and carbon infiltration reduction of ammonium metavanadate, involves pretreating ammonium metavanadate by mixing with sodium carbonate and polyvinylpyrrolidone in a mass ratio of 100:0.1-0.2:0.1-0.2, ball milling to activate and obtain activated ammonium metavanadate, mixing the activated ammonium metavanadate and graphene such that the molar ratio of ammonium metavanadate and carbon atom is 1:0.26-0.3, vacuumizing, and heating at 700-800degrees Celsius for 2-5 hours for decomposing and reducing, to obtain vanadium trioxide. USE - The method is useful for one-step pyrolysis and carbon infiltration reduction of ammonium metavanadate, which is useful as an intermediate product for extracting vanadium, preferably for preparing vanadium pentoxide. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient, and provides high-purity vanadium trioxide. The method reduces the temperature of subsequent decomposition and permeation reduction, so that the one-step pyrolysis and carbon penetration reduction is smooth and fully carried out. The reaction temperature is low, can be one-step reaction, and is good for industrial production.
