NOVELTY - Heat dissipation device includes a bracket (10) whose inner side is equipped with a detector (20). A heat conducting block (30) is installed on the bracket and tightly adhered with a back of the detector. The heat-conducting block is provided with a first aluminum block (31), a graphene sheet body (32) and a second aluminum block. The first metal block is installed in the bracket. The second metal block (33) is connected with the first metal layer through the graphene sheet. The latter metal layer is connected to a heat pipe (40). USE - Radiating device of space ultraviolet imaging spectrometer detector used in aerospace remote sensing field. ADVANTAGE - The two ends of the heat conducting block are aluminum blocks, the middle is a flexible structure of the multi-layer graphene sheet body, it not only satisfy the light trend the aerospace product, but also can satisfy the requirement of the special design, at the same time, it realizes the high heat conducting efficiency.
