NOVELTY - A polyaniline conductive plastic composite material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. plastic substrate, 15-25 pts. wt. polyaniline, 5-15 pts. wt. dimethyl sulfoxide, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. nano silver, 1-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 15-20 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.2-1 pt. wt. calcium stearate, 1-5 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - Polyaniline conductive plastic composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyaniline conductive plastic composite material has enhanced electrical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polyaniline conductive plastic composite material, which involves (1) adding aniline and octyl phthalate into hydrochloric acid, adding mixed acid solution of p-toluenesulfonic acid, stirring at 300-500 rpm for 0.5-2 hours, forming an emulsion, dripping potassium dichromate into the emulsion, adding sodium hydroxide for 1-3 hours, maintaining reaction temperature at 0-20 degrees C, washing with acetone, filtering, drying and grinding, obtaining polyaniline, (2) adding plastic substrate, calcium stearate and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, stirring at 2000-3000 rpm, heating at 30-50 degrees C, heat-preserving for 1-4 hours, (3) adding at 50-60 degrees C, mixing nano silver and dimethyl sulfoxide, maintaining constant temperature at 55-60 degrees C, stirring for 1.5-2.5 hours, adding polyaniline, maintaining temperature at 35-40 degrees C under constant stirring for 15-20 minutes, adding coupling agent and surfactant and stirring continued for 20-30 minutes, stirring mixture for 1.5-2 hours, ultrasonically reacting for 25-35 minutes and vacuum drying at 90-100 degrees C for 20-24 hours.
