▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A porous graphene grafted polysulfone high-throughput gas separation membrane material is prepared by adding graphene oxide into sodium chloride solution, ultrasonically dispersing, freezing and drying, calcining, soaking and removing impurity, freezing, drying, adding porous graphene oxide into N, N-dimethyl amide solvent, magnetic stirring, adding propargyl amine, N, N'-dicyclohexyl carbon imide and 4-pyridine, reacting, ultrasonic purifying, freezing, drying, dissolving polysulfone in chloroform solution, adding paraformaldehyde, stannic chloride and trimethyl chlorosilane, heating and refluxing reaction, adding methanol precipitation, filtering, washing, vacuum drying in a vacuum tube furnace, dissolving chloromethylated polysulfone in N, N-dimethyl amide solvent, adding sodium azide, heating reflux reaction, methanol and distilled water to extract, filtering and washing, vacuum drying. USE - Preparation of porous graphene-grafted polysulfone high-throughput gas separation membrane material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves structure stability, good dispersibility, overcomes the agglomeration problem of the graphene, avoids the material forming defect caused by graphene in use, improves the hole structure of the polysulfone film, accelerates the gas transmission process in the film, improves the air flux, does not influence on the gas selectivity of the film, and improves the actual application value of the separation film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a vacuum tube furnace.
