NOVELTY - The preparation of tin dioxide/titania spherical particles and graphene nanobelts composite material involves mixing potassium stannate, urea, anhydrous ethanol and water, ultrasonically processing, hydrothermally reacting, drying lower layer solid material, mixing tin dioxide and anhydrous ethanol, adding aqueous ammonia and tetrabutyl titanate, stirring, solid-liquid separating, mixing tin dioxide/titanium dioxide spherical particles, graphene nanobelts and water, solid-liquid separating, collecting precipitate, washing, drying, heating, and taking out. USE - Preparation of tin dioxide/titania spherical particles and graphene nanobelts composite material used in high-power lithium ion battery and super capacitor cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of tin dioxide/titania spherical particles and graphene nanobelts composite material with high capacity and excellent cycle performance, by simple, economical and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of tin dioxide/titania spherical particles and graphene nanobelts composite material involves (1) mixing potassium stannate, urea, anhydrous ethanol and deionized water in a weight ratio of 1:(1-3):(50-100):(60-100), ultrasonically processing for 1-3 hours to obtain mixed solution (A), adding the solution (A) to a reactor, performing hydrothermal reaction at 120-180 degrees C for 5-36 hours, leaving stand the collected liquid for 1-3 hours, drying lower layer solid material at 40-120 degrees C for 6-24 hours to prepare nano tin dioxide hollow spheres powder, mixing tin dioxide and anhydrous ethanol in weight ratio of 1:(500-1000) to obtain mixed solution (B), adding aqueous ammonia and tetrabutyl titanate to the mixed solution (B) in weight ratio of 1:(1-6):(100-200), mixing and stirring at 45 degrees C for 12-36 hours to obtain mixed solution (C), solid-liquid separating the obtained mixed solution (C), collecting the solid precipitate, repeatedly washing the solid precipitate with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol until the filtrate is neutral, drying the obtained solid precipitate at 60-100 degrees C for 4-6 hours, heating at 300-500 degrees C, and maintaining the temperature for 3-6 hours, and taking out to obtain product of tin dioxide/titanium dioxide spherical particles, (2) mixing tin dioxide/titanium dioxide spherical particles, graphene nanobelts and deionized water in weight ratio of 1:(1-3):(500-1000) to obtain mixed solution (D), solid-liquid separating the obtained mixed liquid (D), collecting the solid precipitate, repeatedly washing the solid precipitate with de-ionized water and anhydrous ethanol until the filtrate is neutral with pH value of 7, drying the obtained solid precipitate at 50-100 degrees C for 6-12 hours under protection of inert atmosphere, heating at 300-500 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 2-5 hours, and taking out.
