NOVELTY - A composite silicone rubber comprises 108 phenyl silicone rubber, 107 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, white carbon black, dimethicone, silicone oil, tetramethylammonium hydroxide, betaine, aluminum hydroxide, and graphene. USE - A composite silicone rubber for composite insulator (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicone rubber not only has good mechanical strength and excellent weathering resistance, but also enhances performance of anti-leakage creasing and electrical erosion additives. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS is included for: (1) preparation method of composite silicone rubber comprising (S1) mixing 108 phenyl silicone rubber, 40-60 wt.% of white carbon black, dimethicone and 40-60 wt.% of tetramethylammonium hydroxide, standing to obtain mixture I; (S2) mixing 107 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, remaining white carbon black, silicone oil and remaining tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide, standing to obtain mixture II; and (S3) mixing mixture I and mixture II, adding betaine and calcium hydroxide, performing the first stage of mixing, continuously adding graphene, performing second stage mixing, vulcanizing, and standing to obtain the silicone rubber; and (2) insulator prepared from the composite silicone rubber.
