NOVELTY - A silicon nitride reinforced-thermal conductive silica gel is prepared by stirring 20-30 pts. wt. allyl glycidyl ether, 30-40 pts. wt. nano vinyl methyl MQ silicone resin, 20-30 pts. wt. pretreated silicon nitride and 5-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent to obtain component (A), ball milling 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 3-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 3-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 3-5 pts. wt. inhibitor and 5-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide to obtain component (B), mixing component (A) and (B) in a mass ratio of 1:1, defoaming under reduced pressure, injection molding, solidifying, curing, and cooling. USE - Silicon nitride reinforced-thermal conductive silica gel. ADVANTAGE - The silicon nitride reinforced-thermal conductive silica gel has excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical properties.
