The heating device configured for heating the target substrate by the support boss, where the vacuum graphene transfer device is configured by the lifting the graphene film is pressed to the target substrate, and heating by the heating device, and transferring the graphene film to the target substrate. USE - The vacuum graphene transfer device is useful for transferring the graphene film to the target substrate (claimed).
