NOVELTY - Conductive shielding silicone rubber comprises 60-80 pts. wt. hydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 10-20 pts. wt. liquid silicone rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive filler, 3-8 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotubes, 2-6 pts. wt. functional filler, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene-coated nano metal microspheres, 1-4 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. structural structure inhibitor. USE - Used as conductive shielding silicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber has good conductivity, good mechanical property, good elasticity and simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive shielding silicone rubber comprising (1) adding a hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and a liquid silicone rubber in an internal mixer according to the above formula, and kneading at a temperature of 110-120 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, adding a crosslinking agent and a catalyst, continuously kneading in a vacuum state for 20-40 minutes to make a base material and vacuuming is ensured to be different from atmospheric pressure greater than or equal to 0.07 MPa, (2) adding conductive filler, modified carbon nanotube and functional filler to the internal mixer for 10-30 minutes, adding graphene-coated nano metal microspheres and zinc stearate under vacuum to 5-10 minutes to prepare the conductive shielding silicone rubber mixture, the mixing temperature is controlled within the range of 80-90 degrees C, and the vacuum is ensured to be different from the atmospheric pressure greater than or equal to 0.07 MPa, (3) feeding the conductive shielding silicone rubber mixture prepared in the step (2) and adding into the vulcanization tank, adding vulcanizing agent, and ensuring a vulcanization temperature of 150-200 degrees C for 3-8 minutes and vulcanization pressure is 5-15 MPa.
