▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A foam composite material comprises a three-dimensional continuous graphene film which is formed between graphene foam skeleton and polymer foam skeleton. USE - Foam composite material with electromagnetic shielding and flexibility. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic shielding performance is maximized, and the obtained foam composite material is repeatedly compressed at 80% compression strain. The recovery rate is 95% or more, and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is 40 dB or more. The preparation process is simple and mass production is achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of foam composite material, which involves subjecting graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to lyophilization, to obtain oxidized graphene powder, adding oxidized graphene powder to deionized water, placing in cell grinder and grinding for 3-20 minutes, to obtain 0.05-3 %mass graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, immersing the polymer foam in the aqueous dispersion of the graphene oxide, repeatedly extruding the polymer foam to uniformly adsorb the aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide in the pores of the polymer foam, drying polymer foam on which the aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide is adsorbed in a vacuum oven, to obtain oxide graphene-based foam composite material, placing the graphene oxide-based foam composite in 0.5-40 %mass hydriodic acid or 0.5-40 %mass hydrazine hydrate solution at 60-120 degrees C, under reflux for 0.5-3 hours, to obtain foamed foam composite material.
