NOVELTY - Method for manufacturing silicon-oil graphene plastic drawing wire involves (i) adding 25-35 pts. wt. graphene to 70-120 pts. wt. silicone oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain a graphene slurry, (ii) putting the colloidal particles in a stirrer, adding 15-30 pts. wt. graphene slurry and 5-30 pts. wt. additive to 1000 pts. wt. colloidal particles, and running the stirrer at a stirring speed of 60-150 rpm for 0.5-2 hours to obtain a mixed material (A), and (iii) putting the mixed material (A) in drawing and granulating machine to carry out drawing and pelleting, and feeding to a wire drawing or spinning procedure. USE - The method is used for manufacturing silicon-oil graphene plastic drawing wire. ADVANTAGE - The method has fast production time than dry powder dispersion time, and reduces power consumption, time consumption and production cost.
