The weight average molecular weight of the fibrous binder is Mw, and the negative electrode sheet satisfies predetermined expression by using average diameter of the carbon nanotube cluster and weight average molecular weight of the fibrous binder. The average length of the carbon nanotube clusters is greater than or equal to 2 μm. USE - Negative electrode for use in secondary battery of electronic device (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to digital electronic product, energy storage, unmanned aerial vehicle, electric tool, and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The stable long-range conductive network in the negative active material layer is formed through synergistic action by using carbon nanotube clusters and fibrous binders, the expansion of the negative electrode sheet is inhibited during use, and a stable conductive path is provided, so that the battery is provided with good cycle performance.
