▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of heparan-based microsphere of graphene oxide grafted urease core-shell structure comprises dispersing graphene oxide in phosphate-buffered saline buffer salt solution with pH of 7.4-7.6, adding N-hydroxysuccinimide and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, uniformly mixing, adding urease, reacting at 3-5 degrees C for 10-15 hours to obtain graphene oxide solution of immobilized urease which is core layer; dissolving polyether sulfone in dimethyl acetamide, adding acrylic acid, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, azobisisobutyronitrile and N,N-methylene-bisacrylamide and reacting at 75-80 degrees C for 10-15 hours under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain heparan polymer solution which is shell layer; and adding dropwise heparan polymer solution to graphene oxide solution of immobilized urease and putting in phosphate-buffered saline solution. USE - The method is for preparation of heparan-based microsphere of graphene oxide grafted urease core-shell structure used for removing urea from blood (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structure relieves pain of patient, regenerates dialysate in hemodialysis, and provides technical support for wearable artificial kidneys.
