▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified polyvinyl alcohol aqueous coating comprises 60-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 10-45 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-30 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 15-35 pts. wt. talc powder, 3-18 pts. wt. lithopone, and 1-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide. USE - Modified polyvinyl alcohol aqueous coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified polyvinyl alcohol aqueous coating is prepared at low cost under mild condition by simple and easy process, and has excellent water resistance, high flowability, and high adhesion strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified polyvinyl alcohol aqueous coating, which involves adding polyvinyl alcohol to 800 pts. wt. water, pouring into a three-necked flask, controlling temperature at 75-90, water bath stirring at rate of 400-500 rpm for 2-4 hours to obtain polyvinyl alcohol solution, adjusting stirring rate to 600-800 rpm, controlling water bath temperature to 90-150 degrees C, dripping graphene and defoamer to polyvinyl alcohol solution, stirring reaction for 5-6 hours to prepare modified polyvinyl alcohol base, mixing modified polyvinyl alcohol base, light calcium carbonate, talc powder, lithopone and titanium dioxide, placing mixture in a stirred tank, stirring at high rate of 800-1000 rpm and temperature of 180 degrees C for 6-8 hours, naturally cooling at room temperature, grinding by grinding machine and filtering.
