▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Performing phase modulation method based on phonon polariton involves using scattered light or infrared light irradiation as incident light to irradiate the metal antenna to excite the molybdenum oxide layer to derive molybdenum oxide phonon polaritons, and adjusting the chemical doping time of the graphene strip, and regulating the carrier concentration of the graphene strip. The phase velocity of the hybrid mode of the molybdenum oxide phonon polariton transmitted to the graphene strip region is changed, and realized the phase modulation of the molybdenum oxide phonon polariton. The graphene plasmons are generated when the graphene strips are excited and excited by incident light. USE - Method for performing phase modulation method based on phonon polarizing element in min-infrared laser. ADVANTAGE - The method enables changing the graphene of the carrier concentration so as to realize the continuous dynamic control of the molybdenum oxide phonon polarizability excimer transmission phase.
