▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing an anti-cutting modified regenerated polyester fiber, comprises (1) using waste polyethylene terephthalate as base material, crushing and melting, adding anti-cutting functional master batch for four times, using molecular imprinting method for polymerization and finally carrying out extruding and cooling to prepare a modified regenerated polyester slice, and (2) using modified recycled polyester slices as raw materials, adding the nano high-strength, high-modulus master batch using pneumatic control balloon type feeding device, drying the raw materials by hot nitrogen gas flow, fully mixing and melting and extruding to obtain a secondary modified recycled polyester melt and entering to the spinning assembly, then spraying to form tow by the spinneret plate. USE - The anti-cutting modified regenerated polyester fiber is useful in textile product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber: is economical; has excellent anti-cutting performance, high strength and wear resistance; and the method satisfy the need of popularization and utilization under large demand of cutting product; reduces the production cost and energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a anti-cutting modified regenerated polyester fiber prepared by the above mentioned method.
