NOVELTY - The device has a magnetoelectric symbiotic power stator-rotor assembly, a magnetically variable speed-increasing energy-increasing and fixing rotor assembly/combined magnetically variable power generation stator-rotor assembly and control drive assembly. The rotor completes the transmission connection through the rotor shaft assembly and outputs the magnetic variable force. The magnetic variable speed increasing rotor assembly/combined magnetic variable power generating stator and rotor assembly for adjusting the rotor speed of the magnetoelectric cogeneration power stator and rotor assembly and converting the magnetic variable rotating power output by the shaft of the magneto-electric symbiotic power stator rotor assembly into the magnetic variable power energy output. The electromagnet/electromagnetic winding coil is provided with first flat coil, second flat coil and graphene composite superconducting coil to improve the performance of the magnetic change force and energy device.
