NOVELTY - Precision casting wax comprises 6-12 wt.% polymer matrix, 20-40 wt.% tackifying resin, 0.1-8 wt.% graphene oxide, 35-45 wt.% paraffin, 10-15 wt.% microcrystalline wax, 1-5 wt.% Candelilla wax and 1-3 wt.% polyethylene wax. USE - Used as precision casting wax. ADVANTAGE - The wax: has moderate softening point, large bending strength, high thermal conductivity, hardness and surface finish; and meets fully dimensional accuracy requirements and surface quality requirements of thick and complex large-scale precision castings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing precision casting wax, comprising (i) adding paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, candelilla wax and tackifying resin into the reaction kettle, heating and stirring until dissolving completely to obtain the base wax liquid; and (ii) adding polymer matrix, graphene oxide and polyethylene wax into the reaction kettle, heating and stirring until melted completely, and cooling.
