The water phase sol state is formed, stirred at constant temperature for 30 minutes, and then slowly lowered the temperature to 70 degrees C; The aqueous phase sol is dispersed into an oil phase containing emulsifiers at a temperature of 70 degrees C, mixed, stirred well at 250 rpm for 20 minutes. The temperature is reduces to room temperature to obtain microspheres containing carbon-rich components. The carbon-rich component microspheres is added to a cross-linking agent for cross-linking in the pH range of 7-12, and a carbon-rich chromatography medium is obtained.
