NOVELTY - A high polymer binder explosive with heat conducting network comprises 70-98 pts. wt. explosive, 2-30 pts. wt. high polymer binder, 2.5-10 pts. wt. anionic surfactant, 0.5-5 pts. wt. cationic surfactant, 500-2000 pts. wt. organic solvent, 450-1900 pts. wt. deionized water, and 0.5-5 pts. wt. heat conductive filler. USE - High polymer binder explosive. ADVANTAGE - The high polymer binder explosive can be prepared by a method, which is low in cost, high in efficiency, and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high polymer binder explosive, which involves: (1) adding explosive and high polymer binder to organic solvent to form an explosive/high polymer binder mixed solution, then adding portion of deionized water and anionic surfactant, and using an emulsifier to shear and emulsify at high speed to obtain an explosive/high polymer binder emulsion; (2) adding cationic surfactant to other portion of deionized water, then adding heat conductive filler, ultrasonically dispersing at 300 W and 60-70 kHz for 20-26 hours to obtain a heat conductive filler dispersion with a positive charge on the surface, adding to the explosive/high polymer binder emulsion, and self-assembling under the electrostatic interaction of negative charge to form an explosive/high polymer binder-heat conductive filler emulsion; and (3) demulsifying and drying the explosive/high polymer binder-heat conductive filler emulsion to obtain an explosive/high polymer binder-heat conductive filler core-shell structure, pressing, gathering the heat conductive filler on the surface of the explosive/high polymer binder latex particle, and constructing.
