▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of modified graphene oxide involves (S1) mixing graphene oxide and gelatin, reacting to obtain gelatin modified graphene oxide (A), and (S2) mixing the oxide (A) with methacrylic anhydride. USE - Preparation of modified graphene oxide for preparing modified graphene oxide-reinforced methacrylic acid gelatin hydrogel used in the preparation of biodegradable materials used in bone tissue engineering (all claimed) such as bone, cartilage, subchondral bone, skin, myocardial tissue and vascular networks. ADVANTAGE - The method increases chain growth free radical proliferation reaction by unsaturated bonds grafted in the gelatin and anhydride two-component modified graphene oxide, so that the photo-crosslinking efficiency of the prepared methacrylic acid gelatin hydrogel is improved. The problem of low photo-crosslinking efficiency caused by absorption of visible light by graphene oxide is solved. The improvement of photo-responsiveness of the gelatin and anhydride two-component modified graphene oxide increases the crosslinking network structure of the hydrogel material. The prepared hydrogel has improved hydrolysis resistance and enzymolysis resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: modified graphene oxide, which is gelatin and acid anhydride bi-component modified graphene oxide; preparation of modified graphene oxide-reinforced methacrylic acid gelatin hydrogel, which involves carrying out crosslinking polymerization in prepolymer solution formed by mixing modified graphene oxide, methacrylic acid gelatin and photoinitiator under light source.; and modified graphene oxide-reinforced methacrylic acid gelatin hydrogel, which has average porosity of 45-70%.
