NOVELTY - The device has current collector (3) that is connected with quartz tube (1). The external electrode (4) is connected with negative power supply (5). Needle shaped external electrode is connected to current collector. The current collector is grounded through resistor of quartz tube. A heating furnace (2) is provided at lower portion of quartz pipe. One end of the quartz tube is opened, and the other end is arranged with inert gas inlet (6), hydrogen gas inlet (7) and carbon source gas inlet (9). The carbon source gas inlet is connected with the tube by bubbling bottle (8). USE - Device for preparing graphene electrode of solid electrolytic capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The good matching of graphene distance and ion size is realized, so that the infiltration of the electrolyte is promoted to form diffusion and absorption of ion layer capacitor. Thus the effective energy storage area of graphite is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene electrode of solid electrolytic capacitor.
