▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of hemin-graphene quantum dot composite material comprises dispersing graphene quantum dot in water to obtain graphene quantum dot aqueous solution, adding hemin chloride, and mixing. USE - The method is for preparing hemin-graphene quantum dot composite material used as pseudo-peroxidase for preparing hydrogen peroxide detection kit (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material uses graphene quantum dot as dispersant composite with hemin without any organic solution for realizing dispersion of hemin in neutral aqueous solution, and has quasi-peroxidase activity and higher enzyme activity than natural enzyme-horseradish peroxidase. The graphene quantum dot has high edge group ratio, and when compounding with hemin, can realize dispersion of hemin at extremely low concentration with fast composite speed, thus is better than graphene oxide.
