NOVELTY - Graphene-based foamed ceramic heat preservation wallboard comprises 15-90 wt.% potash sodium feldspar, 65 wt.% ceramic waste residue, 0.05 wt.% graphene, 0.05-15 wt.% vermiculite, 0.05-15 wt.% high-temperature cosolvent, 0.05-5 wt.% expanded graphite, 0.05-20 wt.% zirconium oxide, 0.05-10 wt.% clay, 0.05-5 wt.% stabilizer and 0.05-5 wt.% peptizing agent. USE - Used as graphene-based foamed ceramic heat preservation wallboard. ADVANTAGE - The wall board controls the density of plate and pore distribution and pore size to achieve good insulation and lightweight effect, has anti-aging, corrosion, thermal insulation, noise, waterproof impermeability and heat-resistance, has high strength and non-cracking effect and is light in weight and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a graphene-based foamed ceramic heat-insulating wallboard, comprising (i) taking each raw material, mixing, adding into ball mill , mixing, milling for 3-15 hours until fineness reaches to 250-300 meshes sieve and finally adding into the storage bin and mixing; (ii) carrying out spray drying granulation in spray drying tower to obtain dried granulated material; (iii) distributing granulation material on cloth, adding into the roller kiln or tunnel kiln, sintering at 900-1300 degrees C, foaming for 1-6 hours , for 30-90 minutes, removing from the furnace and cooling to obtain insulation wall crude product; and (iv) cutting crude product into shape.
