NOVELTY - Nano silver/graphene oxide composite dispersion comprises liquid phase medium and nano silver/graphene oxide composite material, the nano silver/graphene oxide composite material is uniformly dispersed in the liquid phase medium, the concentration of the dispersion is 0.01-10 mg/ml, in the nano silver/graphene oxide composite material the nano silver particles are uniformly dispersed and adhered on the surface of graphene oxide, and nano-silver grain size is 5-50 nm. USE - The nano silver/graphene oxide composite dispersion is useful for catalytic, energy storage, electronics, antibacterial and surface enhancement of the Raman field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersion has no added reducing agent, by dispersing is transparent and stable without sedimentation, in stand for 6 months. The method is fast, simple, and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano silver/graphene oxide composite dispersion, comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, drying and dispersing to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, (ii) adding alkali solution to regulate the pH value in the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding protecting agent to obtain mixed solution, (iii) preparing silver salt solution, (iv) adding mixed solution into the super-gravity rotation filling bed or sleeve in the micro channel reactor containing silver salt solution, reacting to obtain nano silver/graphene oxide composite material, and (v) washing the step (iv) nano silver/graphene oxide composite material, and dispersing into the liquid phase medium to obtain nano silver/graphene oxide composite material dispersion.
