NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous cosmetic involves ultrasonically dispersing acid dye, a sulfonated graphene, a polyethylene wax emulsion and a sulfonated polyurethane emulsion into a layer of a swollen layered inorganic substance. The mixture is mixed with polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylate emulsion to prepare an aqueous cosmetic. The method further involves adding quaternary ammonium salt to the water, and after completely dissolving, adding layered inorganic substance, and then stirring to make layered inorganic substance disperse and swell, followed by compounding and mixing acid dye, sulfonated graphene, polyethylene wax emulsion and sulfonated polyurethane emulsion, and then adding to the dispersion system, sonicating by adding acid dye, sulfonated graphene, polyethylene wax emulsion and sulfonated polyurethane emulsion which is entered in layer of the layered inorganic material, adding polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylate emulsion to the system, and stirring disperse uniformly. USE - Preparing aqueous cosmetic for eye. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to preparing aqueous cosmetic which has excellent performance, improves waterproof performance of cosmetic, and has a release characteristic, easy cleansing, eco-friendly and safe, bright color and wide application prospects.
