NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/glass fiber reinforced masterbatch by stretching comprises (i) adding glass fiber into the acetone, soaking, processing, hydroxylating, washing and drying, (ii), reacting with sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate, adjusting the pH value, (iii) placing glass fiber into the graphite oxide dispersion, allowing to stand, cleaning and drying, cooling, (iv) uniformly mixing material with macromolecule polymer, raising, changing, releasing and stretching, carding, uniformly dispersing graphene, and extruding and granulating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/glass fiber reinforced masterbatch by stretching (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the reinforcing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/glass fiber reinforced masterbatch by stretching comprises (i) adding a certain amount of glass fiber into the acetone, soaking for a certain time, and processing a section of time in hydrochloric acid solution with a certain concentration, hydroxylating, washing and drying, (ii), reacting with sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate, adding de-ionized water, adding hydrogen peroxide using three-step heating method to prepare graphite oxide, resulting graphite oxide prepared into solution with a certain concentration, and adjusting the pH value to be weakly acidic, (iii) placing the glass fiber obtained in the step (i) into the graphite oxide dispersion obtained in the step (ii), allowing to stand for a period of time, cleaning and drying, placing the naturally volatilizing air flow of hydriodic acid and acetic acid, cooling the graphite oxide is lower than 30-50 degrees C, (iv) uniformly mixing material obtained in step (iii) with macromolecule polymer, adding into the eccentric internal mixer, raising temperature, the eccentric rotor of internal mixer is eccentric rotor and constantly changing material space in the rotating process, so that to generate the extensional change, releasing the extensional change process stretch, adding graphite into graphene, and stretching the glass fiber, carding is orientation distribution, uniformly dispersing graphene orientation distribution through glass fiber into the macromolecule polymer, and extruding and granulating to obtain the graphene/glass fiber reinforcing master batch.
