NOVELTY - High performance aluminum-based complex material comprises 50-100 pts. wt. aluminum alloy powder, 20-80 pts. wt. graphite powder and 10-200 pts. wt. dry ice. The aluminum alloy powder is aluminum copper alloy, aluminum-manganese alloy, aluminum-titanium alloy, aluminum-magnesium alloy, aluminum-silicon alloy and/or aluminum-zinc alloy. The graphite powder is soil-like graphite or natural crystalline flake graphite. USE - Used as high performance aluminum-based complex material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high performance aluminum-based complex material in simple and eco-friendly manner that has high quality interface formed by graphene and aluminum, reinforcing aluminum alloy mechanical strength, greatly reduces the thickness of the aluminum alloy product while keeping high strength.
