USE - Preparation method of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene with high quality and high efficiency and which effectively avoids the damage of the graphene structure, by environmentally-friendly and industrial process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene involves (1) cleaning graphite powder, removing impurities, and drying under argon protection, (2) hot-pressing and sintering the graphite powder material into graphite ball, placing in a cleaning liquid added with surfactant, and adding ultrasonic probe into cleaning liquid, (3) irradiating a pulse laser beam from a direction perpendicular to the liquid level of the cleaning liquid, instantaneously inputting energy of the graphite ball, and ultrasonically peeling by vibration cavitation effect to obtain graphene, and (4) continuously stripping the peeled graphene and cleaning liquid, filtering, drying, and recycling the filtrate.
