NOVELTY - Preparing graphene non-woven fabric involves mixing graphene raw materials and textile fibers followed by preparing graphene fibers, where graphene powder and resin slices are vacuum dried at 100-120 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, and then cooling to room temperature, where resin is polyethylene terephthalate (PET), nylon, and polypropylene; preparing graphene non-woven fabrics by placing graphene fibers and ordinary textile fibers into carding machine and carding into net; placing textile fiber net on lower layer, placing graphene fiber net on upper layer, where two layers of fiber nets are superimposed on conveyor curtain; providing needle-punch reinforcement on composite fiber mesh; calendering and stenting needle-punched non-woven fabric to obtain certain size, and then cutting graphene non-woven fabric. USE - Method for preparing graphene non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene nonwoven fabric, which has excellent antibacterial property, and is prepared by simple process in short period of time.
