▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A conductive polymer solution comprises 0.01-10 wt.% polythiophene (A) containing at least one thiophene-based structural units (I) or (II), and a graphene compound (B). USE - Conductive polymer solution used for manufacturing conductive polymer film (all claimed) used as hole transport layer. Uses include but are not limited to organic solar cell, organic electroluminescent device, electrolyte capacitor, electrode material, electrochromic element, thermoelectric conversion material, transparent conductive film, chemical sensor, indium tin oxide electrode and actuator. ADVANTAGE - The polymer solution has excellent conductivity and produces film having excellent work function size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A conductive polymer solution comprises 0.01-10 wt.% polythiophene (A) containing at least one thiophene-based structural units of formulae (I) or (II), and a graphene compound (B). M=hydrogen ion, alkali metal ion, ammonium ion, organic ammonium ion, or quaternary ammonium cation; R =H, methyl, ethyl, linear or branched 3-6C alkyl or fluoro; m=1-10;and n=0 or 1. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: manufacture of conductive polymer film, which involves coating the conductive polymer solution on a base material and drying the base material; and conductive polymer film, which comprises polythiophene (A) and 0.1-10 pts. wt. graphene compound (B) with respect to 1 pt. wt. polythiophene (A) and has conductivity of 1 S/cm or more.
