NOVELTY - Wall coat with formaldehyde removing function comprises 70-100 pts. wt. zinc oxide nanorod array and three-dimensional nitrogen-doped hollow redox graphene compound, 80-200 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 40-550 pts. wt. heavy calcium, 60-350 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 0.8-10 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.5-120 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.6-140 pts. wt. wetting agent and 14-300 pts. wt. natural resin. USE - Used as wall coat with formaldehyde removing function. ADVANTAGE - The coat: has unique three-dimensional porous frame structure and larger specific surface area; brings higher light utilization, better formaldehyde adsorption capacity and superior photo-generated charge separation efficiency, better physical insulation and waterproofing, excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability, and excellent scratch and abrasion resistance mechanical properties; used as excellent support material to promote the separation of electron-hole pairs and an active site for formaldehyde capture and oxidation; improves the efficiency of the photocatalytic reaction, and service life of the coating; decomposes formaldehyde into carbon dioxide and water under the irradiation of visible light; and eliminates formaldehyde.
