▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for improving film substrate gas barrier characteristics, involves (a) preparing cellulose acetate and glycerin solution by casting method to prepare celluloseacetate film, (b) combining with graphene oxide (GO) nano sheet under the action of molecular glue water to form a compact composite thin film material (CA/GO), and (c) preparing transition metal oxide nano-particles (NPs) prepared by fast reduction method at room temperature in the solution under the hydrogen bond action of the GO surface oxygen-containing rivet under the CA/GO film surface, so as to obtain a high gas barrier CA/Graphene oxide-NPs composite film. USE - The method is useful for improving gas barrier characteristics film substrate and film used in food fresh-keeping, medicine package, electronic product package and agricultural package. ADVANTAGE - The method has low energy consumption, simple process flow, easy mass production, large area production, and effectively reduces the permeability of oxygen and water vapor molecule.
