NOVELTY - Preparing nerve repair loading system with electric stimulation and pro-angiogenic function comprises (a) taking the glutin solution, chitosan solution, graphene oxide suspension, mixing uniformly according to a certain proportion, subjecting the resulting mixture to 3D printing to obtain composite conduit, (b) using polylactic acid, nerve growth factor, organic solvent to prepare the electrostatic spinning solution, preparing composite pipe as raw material by the electrostatic spinning solution, (c) to step (b) the prepared composite pipe is sleeved outside the conduit, using the step (a) the prepared composite obtain the compound nerve conduit and cavity filling blood into the composite neural vessel schwann cell. USE - The method is useful for preparing nerve repair loading system with electric stimulation and pro-angiogenic function. ADVANTAGE - The method meets the needs of human physiological current, helps accelerate nerve repair, promotes nerve repair from the direction of accelerating microvascular regeneration and improves the quality of nerve injury repair.
