▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Process of making a sensory platform involves performing chemical interaction of a screen-printed electrode modified with graphene oxide (GO), electrochemically functionalized with poly(5-amino-1-naphthol) (GO-P5A1N) with 1,4-phenylene diisothiocyanate (PDITC), and then interaction of the GO-P5A1N-PDITC reaction product with G protein leading to covalent attachment to the surface of the modified electrode and then the interaction of the modified electrode with GO-P5A1N-PDITC-G protein with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antibodies resulting in an assembled structure of sensory platform. USE - The process is useful for making a sensory platform which is useful for electrochemical detection of EGFR in brain tumors.
