NOVELTY - The preparation method of cobalt oxide/graphene aerogel composite material involves placing solid graphene oxide in double-distilled water to obtain aqueous solution of graphene oxide, placing soluble cobalt salt in aqueous solution of graphene oxide, and ultrasonically processing to obtain mixture, transferring obtained mixture to cylindrical vessel (A), transferring cylindrical vessel (A) to PTFE hydrothermal reactor (B), reacting at constant temperature, and cooling to room temperature to obtain cylindrical product, and drying product. USE - Preparation of cobalt oxide/graphene aerogel composite material for colorimetric detection of acetylcholine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and convenient preparation of cobalt oxide/graphene aerogel composite material with excellent conductivity and electron transport properties, large localized area, enhanced catalytic effect, increased colorimetric detection sensitivity, and reduced equipment cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application method of cobalt oxide/graphene aerogel composite material for colorimetric detection of acetylcholine.
