NOVELTY - Method for preparing flame-retardant graphene-phosphorus-containing chitosan crosslinked grafted cotton fabric, involves (i) adding cotton fabric to ethanol and deionized water solvent, uniformly stirring, adding 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, heating at 35-60℃ for 1-3 hours, filtering, and washing with ethanol and deionized water to obtain amino modified cotton fabric, (ii) adding graphene oxide and hydroxyethyl chitosan to the dimethylformamide solvent, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, reacting, centrifuging, and washing the product with distilled water and ethanol to obtain chitosan-grafted graphene, and (iii) adding amino-modified cotton fabric and chitosan grafted graphene to ethanol and deionized water solvent, adding bisaldehyde group phosphoramide compound after uniformly stirring, heating to carry out crosslinking reaction, performing centrifugal separation, and ethanol washing. USE - The method is used for preparing flame-retardant graphene-phosphorus-containing chitosan crosslinked grafted cotton fabric in cotton fabric cloth. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant graphene-phosphorus-containing chitosan crosslinked grafted cotton fabric has excellent flame-retardant and smoke-inhibiting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing flame-retardant graphene-phosphorus-containing chitosan crosslinked grafted cotton fabric, involves (i) adding cotton fabric to ethanol and deionized water solvent, uniformly stirring, adding 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, heating at 35-60℃ for 1-3 hours, filtering, and washing with ethanol and deionized water to obtain amino modified cotton fabric, (ii) adding graphene oxide and hydroxyethyl chitosan to the dimethylformamide solvent, ultrasonically uniformly dispersing, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, reacting at 20-40℃ for 6-18 hours, adding dilute acetic acid to adjust the pH of the solution to 4-5, uniformly stirring, centrifuging, and washing the product with distilled water and ethanol to obtain chitosan-grafted graphene, and (iii) adding amino-modified cotton fabric and chitosan grafted graphene to ethanol and deionized water solvent, adding bisaldehyde group phosphoramide compound after uniformly stirring, heating to carry out crosslinking reaction, performing centrifugal separation, and ethanol washing to obtain the flame-retardant graphene-phosphorus-containing chitosan crosslinked grafted cotton fabric.
