NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide doped alkaline anion exchange composite membrane comprises (1) dissolving the graphene oxide in deionized water and mixing it ultrasonically at room temperature to obtain solution A, dissolving the water-soluble polymer containing quaternary ammonium groups and the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol containing hydroxy groups at a mass ratio of 1:2 in deionized water, and stirring at 65-95 degrees C until a transparent and uniform solution B, mixing solution A and solution B, continuously stirring until a uniform solution is poured into a plastic petri dish, and drying naturally to form a film to obtain a polymer film and (2) peeling the polymer film from the petri dish, physically crosslinking by heat treatment, chemically crosslinking, and finally immersing in a potassium hydroxide solution for ion exchange. USE - The preparing graphene oxide doped alkaline anion exchange composite membrane is useful for fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite membrane: has good conductivity, high mechanical strength and chemical stability; has simple preparation method; strong controllability and other advantages and easy to scale production; and is environmentally friendly and economical.
