▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Two-dimensional materials-based recycled polymer composites comprise: a recycled polymer substrate; and at least one two-dimensional material. USE - The composites are useful in: a suitcase (claimed); and textile products e.g. sportswear, outerwear, workwear, active wear and shoes. ADVANTAGE - The composites: are stronger, lighter, increases the use (recycling) of same materials/product multiple times without compromising the properties; exhibits enhanced functional properties (e.g. fire retardancy, water repellency, anti-UV, anti-static, thermal and electrical) of the products; is environmentally friendly (e.g. less waste and less carbon emission); enhances mechanical and other properties; and provides multi-functional and smart products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing (m1) two-dimensional materials-based recycled polycarbonate composite comprising melt-mixing of graphene or other two-dimensional materials to recycled polycarbonate, where the graphene and other two-dimensional materials are 0.1-20 wt.% the composite material, using melt-mixing process in order to produce graphene/recycled polycarbonate master-batch, having melt-mixing temperature of 280-320degrees Celsius and processing speed at 50-100 rpm in order to produce graphene/recycled polycarbonate master-batch, processing of the produced material using injection/compression molding to produce rPC/graphene composites for further testing; and (2) preparing (m2) a two-dimensional materials-based recycled polyethylene terephthalate composite comprising melt-mixing of graphene or other two-dimensional to recycled polyethylene terephthalate, using the melt-mixing process in order to produce graphene/recycled polyethylene terephthalate master-batch, having melt-mixing temperature of 280-300degrees Celsius in order to produce graphene/recycled polyethylene terephthalate master-batch, melt-spinning of graphene/recycled polyethylene terephthalate master-batch into polyester yarn textiles, incorporating polymers during mixing (or post-treatment after making yarn/fabric) to bring functional properties to textile yarn.
