NOVELTY - Production of polyaniline-based europium oxide/graphene conductive thin film comprises preparing graphene oxide; preparing graphene-based europium oxide; taking 1 pt. wt. graphene/europium oxide dispersion liquid and mixing with 50 pts. wt. 1 mol/L aniline; ultrasonically dispersing at 20-25 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding 30 pts. wt. 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid, and stirring under ice bath condition; cooling to 0 degrees C and mixing with ammonium persulfate; reacting for 0-5 hours at 5-24 degrees C and stirring at 20-25 degrees C for 12 hours; and filtering, washing with ethanol and deionized water, and vacuum drying. USE - Method for producing polyaniline-based europium oxide/graphene conductive thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has superior conductivity performance and good rare earth metal characteristics and achieves photoelectric optical switch function.
