NOVELTY - Antibacterial waterproof nano-fiber acoustic diaphragm comprises a four-layer structure, where the first layer facing the sound source is a nano fiber hydrophobic layer (1), the second layer is a nano-material antibacterial layer (2), the third layer is nanofiber filter layer (3), and the fourth layer is a substrate (4). The fiber diameter of the nano fiber hydrophobic layer is 200 nm-400 nm. The aperture is 400 nm-600 nm. The porosity is more than 80 %. The thickness is 3 microns to 5 microns. USE - Antibacterial waterproof nano fiber acoustic diaphragm for an electro-acoustic conversion device, uses include but are not limited to a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital camera, an intelligent watch, a game device and an intelligent earphone. ADVANTAGE - The acoustic diaphragm has good sound transmission performance, the waterproof performance is also provided with antibacterial performance. The absorption frequency range and the sound damage to the sound can be regulated and controlled by adjusting the preparation technique parameter. The nano-fiber hydrophobic layer is easy for electrostatic spinning processing, so the mechanical strength of the selected material fiber is good. The material of the nano fiber hydrophilic layer is polyvinylidene fluoride, polyurethane, and polylactic acid, so that the nano fiber mechanical property of the material is increased.
