NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite benzoxazine bipolar plate comprises (i) freezing the graphene oxide, adding into deionized water, adding hydrazine hydrate solution after stirring for 1-2 hours, adjusting the pH to 9.5-10.5, washing after stirring for 3-5 hours, and freeze-drying to obtain the reduced graphene oxide, (ii) adding reduced graphene oxide into m-cresol and ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1 hours, adding paraformaldehyde and aniline, adding into vacuum oven at 90-120℃ for 0.5-1 hour, filtering the mixture and washing to obtain graphene-benzoxazine resin mixed powder, (iii) mixing the graphite filler with the graphene-benzoxazine resin mixed powder, and stirring mechanically for 1-3 hours, and (iv) placing powder in a molding cavity, molding, solidifying at 150-300℃ for 0.5-1 hour. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite benzoxazine bipolar plate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the graphene to play a stable role in the benzoxazine, and the prepared bipolar plate graphene composite benzoxazine bipolar plate has the characteristics of high strength, high heat resistance and high conductivity.
