▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a porous composite support of directional conductive fiber involves (a) degumming silk fibroin in aqueous solution of lithium bromide, centrifuging, filtering, dialyzing and concentrating to obtain a polymer/conductive nano-particle solution, (b) mixing the polymer solution preparation and the conductive nanoparticles with a uniformly-polymer conductive nano particle solution, (c) soaking the regenerated silk fibers in the aqueous solution in step (i) for wet spinning, dipping the obtained fiber into the polymer-conductive nanoparticle solution, so that the core layer is silk fibroin, and the shell layer is a composite fiber polymer conductivity nanoparticles, (d) using ethanol aqueous solution to post-treating the composite fiber, (e) cutting the obtained composite fiber into short fibers, and adding a solution of chitosan/gelatin, mixing uniformly, placing the mixed solution under a certain intensity of electric field, stopping, (6) freezing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing a porous composite support of directional conductive fiber, which is useful in the field of wound repair. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional porous composite support: can simulate the specific structure, artificial matrix of biochemical and mechanical properties, and has the function of guiding cell and tissue regeneration. It induces cell growth in the fiber direction, migration and adjusting cell physiological activity.
