▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing natural phosphorus graphite and sodium nitrate solid into conical flask, and adding concentrated sulfuric acid to ice bath, which is stirred to completely dissolve. A potassium permanganate is added and potassium manganese oxide is slowly added to mix uniformly and placing in water bath to stir until the solution becomes green. A water bath temperature is improved to 35 degree Celsius, which is continuously stirred and warm deionized water is added to dilute the reaction liquid. A hydrogen peroxide is slowly added and solution vigorous reaction is turned golden yellow. The electrode is washed with ultra-pure water, and impurities on surface of the electrode are removed before each ultrasonic washing. The clean electrode is dried using nitrogen for drying, and the prepared graphene dispersion liquid is taken and dropped uniformly on pre-processed bare glass carbon electrode, which is then dried at room temperature to obtain composite material. USE - Electro-deposition copper-reducing graphene composite material used for measuring metronidazole used for treating protozoal disease such as trichomoniasis, giardia disease, and protozoiasis of poultry. ADVANTAGE - The composite material modified electrode having good anti-interference ability, good stability, and good repeatability is prepared in simple and fast manner. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a photographic view of the electro-deposition copper-reducing graphene composite material.
