NOVELTY - The method involves mixing iron not more than 0.30, nitrogen not more than 0.05, hydrogen not more than 0.015 and oxygen not more than 0.20. The graphene and titanium mixture in extruder is extruded into cylindrical blocks, and the welding machine is used to extrude into cylindrical blocks welded to form consumable electrode. The consumable electrode is melted by vacuum consumable arc furnace. The consumable electrode are placed in a vacuum consumable arc furnace for two times and are completed by the melting of graphene titanium alloy. USE - Graphene-titanium alloy smelting method. ADVANTAGE - The impurity content in the graphene-titanium alloy is reduced, and the tensile strength of the graphene-titanium alloy is improved in a low manufacturing cost in order to obtain a graphene-titanium alloy product to promote the application of graphene-titanium alloy in corrosion field.
