NOVELTY - Preparing recycled plastic tile with a hollow structure comprises e.g. (1) providing 100-110 pts. wt. pretreated straw powder, 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene nano-sheet, 1-4 pts. wt. cationic surfactant, 2-10 pts. wt. mineral filler, 4-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 20-40 pts. wt. recycled plastic particles, 2-5 pts. wt. compatibility agent, 1-5 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-3 pts. wt. coloring agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-3 pts. wt. light stabilizer, placing the pre-treated straw powder in a high-speed mixer, preheating to 105-110 degrees C, adding graphene nano-sheets, cationic surfactants, mineral fillers, and coupling agents, and thoroughly mixing to obtain modified straw powder, (2) pouring the modified straw powder, recycled plastic particles, compatibilizers, lubricants, colorants, antioxidants and light stabilizers into the mixer and mixing thoroughly to obtain a mixture, and (3) adding mixture into the pelletizer, extruding, adding masterbatch into the pellet inlet of cooling device. USE - The method is useful for preparing recycled plastic tile with a hollow structure. ADVANTAGE - The hollow structure: is a good dispersant; and has high specific surface area, low density, high elastic modulus and good mechanical properties, and good bactericidal effect, which can efficiently disperse graphene nano-sheets in straw powder, prevents mildew of straw-plastic complex products; and improves the compatibility of straw and polymer substrate. The method is simple, green and environmentally friendly; reduces the moisture content and volatile components of straw fibers, and makes the straw-plastic complex products more beautiful in appearance.
