▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - An insulating layer composition comprises soluble type liquid crystal thermosetting oligomer, metal alkoxide compound, and graphene oxide. USE - Insulating layer composition for use in a substrate of an insulating prepreg or insulating film (all claimed), and a printed circuit board, and as superior packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The composition can effectively lower coefficient of thermal expansion, thus minimizing dimensional change due to heat with improved thermal stability. The composition has high rigidity, thermal, mechanical, and electric properties, high adhesive strength, better heat resistance, low expansibility, and better mechanical properties.
