NOVELTY - An icy composite polyester fiber comprises 35-40 wt.% thermoplastic polyurethane, 58.98-64.49 wt.% low melting point hydrophilic polyester, 0.5-1 wt.% nano titanium dioxide, and 0.01-0.02 wt.% graphene oxide. The low-melting hydrophilic ester has a melting point of 115-140 degrees C. The soft segment of the aforementioned thermoplastic polyurethane is polyester diol prepared by in-situ polymerization of graphene oxide. USE - Icy composite polyester fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has outstanding function, soft hand feeling and good spinnability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite polyester fiber comprising: (A) mixing ethylene glycol, terephthalic acid, graphene oxide, and antimony catalyst at 50-70?C for 120-180 minutes, reacting at 260-265 degrees C for 280-320 minutes to prepare prepolymer, reacting at 270-275 degrees C for 30-60 minutes at 1-2 kPa, reacting at 280-285 degrees C and 80-120 Pa for 10-30 minutes to obtain 70-80 wt.% polyester diol, and polyester diol, 10-15 wt.% 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 3-5 wt.% butanediol, and 0.3-0.5 wt.% ethanolamine, and melt polymerizing at 130-160 degrees C to obtain thermoplastic polyurethane fiber-forming polymer; (B) combining ethylene glycol, terephthalic acid, polyether glycol, adipic acid, and nano-titanium dioxide, mixing at 50-70 degrees C for 120-180 minutes, reacting at 260-265 degrees C for 280-320 minutes to obtain a polycondensate, reacting at 270-275 degrees C for 90-110 minutes at an absolute pressure of 1-2 kPa, and reacting at 280-285 degrees C and 80-120 Pa for 180-200 minutes to obtain low melting point hydrophilic polyester fiber-forming polymer; and (C) mixing with thermoplastic polyurethane fiber-forming polymer, setting screw temperature at 135-180 degrees C, component pressure at 12-20 MPa, and temperature of box body at 140-180 degrees C, side-by-side composite spinning, ring blowing or side blowing, oiling, winding, stretching, and deforming.
