C, the pressure is 0.85-1.1 MPa, the aperture is0.8- 1.5 mm to obtain the qualified spray powder; (iii) pressing the spray powder to obtain pressed blank 150-200 MPa; (iv) pressing blank in the vacuum/atmosphere integrated furnace for forming agent and sintering, USE - Preparation method of toughened titanium-based metal ceramic used for mine, rock drilling, excavating tool, metal processing, mold manufacturing, electronic industry and war industry.
