▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The system has a visualization module (10) comprising a structure for holding and illuminating a few layer graphene (FLG) sample. An acquisition module (20) comprises a structure for performing optical observation on the FLG sample. A reproduction module (30) includes a structure that is operably connected to the acquisition module for providing information of detection of a number of layers of the FLG. The visualization module comprises a platform unit (11) and an illumination unit (12) with a reflective structure projecting the light reflectively to the platform unit. USE - System for detecting a number of layers of a FLG. ADVANTAGE - The system rapidly distinguishes transmission spectra of FLGs and provides color image reproduction to expedite detecting process for the number of layers of FLGs, thus reducing labor intensity and cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for detecting a number of layers of an FLG.
